3.2 What Solva Does NOT Provide

We do not:

• Provide financial advice

• Guarantee savings amounts

• Provide energy contracts ourselves

• Control the final decision or quote displayed by providers

• Accept liability for third-party errors (e.g., tariff details, provider issues)

4. Switchcraft Integration

Solva works with Switchcraft, who:

• Collects the necessary switching details

• Processes the switch

• Communicates directly with the customer as needed

• Acts as a separate data controller

By continuing through the switching journey, you agree to Switchcraft’s:

• Privacy Policy

5. Your Responsibilities

By using Solva, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older

• You provide accurate and truthful information

• You use the service solely for your own household or business (as appropriate)

• You understand savings are estimates and not guaranteed
